Travalet is built around a simple idea: your travel data belongs to you, not an app company. Every feature follows that principle.
Itinerary
Email parsing
Forward any booking confirmation email to trips@travalet.app. Travalet parses flights, hotels, car hire, trains, ferries, activities, and restaurants from emails sent by hundreds of providers worldwide.
Automatic trip grouping
Bookings that share overlapping dates are grouped into trips automatically. Travalet creates a clean chronological timeline without any manual effort.
Manual entry
Add bookings by hand when email parsing isn't possible — useful for local tours, restaurant reservations booked by phone, or any booking without a digital confirmation.
Rich item detail
Each booking shows full detail: flight numbers and times, hotel check-in instructions, car hire pickup location, activity meeting points, and more.
Privacy & Storage
On-device storage
Your itinerary is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. There is no Travalet account and no server-side database. We genuinely cannot see your trips.
iCloud sync
Your itinerary syncs privately across all your Apple devices via iCloud. Sync happens device-to-device using Apple's encrypted infrastructure — Travalet's servers are not involved.
Email privacy
Forwarded emails are parsed by our relay, the itinerary data is delivered to your device, and the email content is deleted. We retain parsed data for up to 30 days for delivery retries only.
No tracking
Travalet does not include advertising SDKs, analytics frameworks, or third-party trackers. Usage data, if collected, is aggregated and anonymised.
Sharing
iCloud trip sharing
Share any trip pool with travel companions via iCloud's native sharing mechanism. Shared trips stay in sync — when someone adds a booking, everyone sees it.
No account needed for recipients
Anyone with an Apple ID can accept a shared trip. There is no need to create a Travalet account.
Granular permissions
Choose whether companions can view only, or view and edit the shared trip pool. Revoke access at any time.

A native SwiftUI app on every device, including a true Mac app, not a Catalyst port. Your trips follow you across all of them.
Maps built in
See your trip and each day on an inline map, right beside your timeline. No switching apps to picture where you're headed.
Works offline
Your itinerary lives on your device, so it is there when you need it most: in airplane mode, or abroad with no signal.

Agent tool integration
Travalet integrates with popular itinerary management tools used by travel agents. Agents can push curated itineraries directly to a traveller's Travalet app.

Agent-delivered itineraries include hero images, agency branding, personalised notes, and curated recommendations that go beyond what email parsing can provide.
Always private
Even with agent integration, your itinerary stays on your device. The agent sees what they've sent; everything else is yours alone.
